Many students, faculty, and staff practice yoga and meditation. There are multiple, free classes each week. These classes encompass different yoga traditions and welcome everyone—those just starting out as well as those who have practiced yoga for years.

It’s not surprising that yoga and meditation are popular at COA. They teach some of the skills and dispositions that are central to human ecology: self-reflection, intentionality, flexibility, and strength.
